Ownership

Every photograph published on this site is an original work created by Jessica Guy, and is protected under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth). Copyright in each image remains with Jessica Guy at all times, and is not transferred by delivery, publication, or purchase.

Permitted use

No photograph may be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, cropped, filtered or otherwise altered, or used for any commercial purpose, without prior written permission.

This applies equally to directory listings, vendor profiles, supplier galleries, social media accounts and advertising of any kind, whether or not the work is credited.

For couples

Couples receive a personal use licence for their own photographs, set out in full in their photography agreement. It covers printing, sharing and personal display. It does not extend to commercial use, and it does not permit third parties to reproduce the work.

For vendors & publications

Venues, planners, florists, stylists and publications are warmly welcome to licence images, and I am glad to arrange it. Please ask first. A licence is granted in writing and carries a credit requirement.

Images supplied for one purpose are licensed for that purpose alone, and a licence may be withdrawn in writing at any time.
